| Objective: | To provide adolescents having problems adjusting to middle and high school with methods to improve their social, problem solving, and conflict management skills. |
| Description: | Adolescents with parental permission and a referral by the principal and/or counselor, are provided opportunities, through role play, skits, open forums and other interactive learning methods to discuss what is bothering them at home, school and in their community. Through Bible study and an examination of their personal values, students begin the process of changing their behavior and forming the positive values needed to meet the challenges of their teen years. Field trips are provided for educational and enrichment as well as friendship building. |
